Once we've received your release, it enters our inspection queue. Within 24 hours, our dedicated team will meticulously review your submission based on the guidelines provided by all selected Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
If your release complies with the guidelines of the selected DSPs, you'll receive a notification confirming that your release has been sent to the designated stores. However, please note that this does not guarantee immediate availability on the DSP platforms. Each DSP requires time to process and make your release live.
The processing time varies across different DSPs. While some platforms may have your release live within a few hours, others may take several days to complete the process. As a result, your release may not be available on the scheduled Release Date if it's too close to the Distribution Date.
If our team identifies any discrepancies between your release and the guidelines of the selected DSPs, you'll receive a notification along with specific feedback. We encourage you to address the feedback accordingly and resubmit your release for review. Upon resubmission, your release will re-enter our inspection queue, initiating the review process once again.
